- 4. After the applicant is approved, a comprehensive Tenant Screening report is provided to you with all relevant information.
- 5. You will review the report and decide if you'd like to extend a lease offer to the applicant.

Vacancy Listing
Say goodbye to the hassle of filling your vacancy as we take care of every step for you. Your unit will be expertly listed in the MLS and syndicated to 7 other online platforms, attracting quality tenants. With our user-friendly online application, tenants can apply effortlessly. We handle the screening process and conduct unit viewings for approved applicants. Upon approval, it's at your discretion to decide on the lease offer for the most qualified candidate. Once accepted, we complete a thorough Move-In inspection and coordinate the lease signing, ensuring both tenant and owner receive copies of all signed documents.
